2. Using this website

We aim to keep programme descriptions, contact details, and other information accurate and up to date. Content is provided for general information only and may change without notice. ADRA-SA does not warrant that all information is complete, current, or free from error.

4. Donations

Donations support ADRA-SA’s humanitarian and development work. Where banking or debit-order details are shared, please use them only for gifts to ADRA-SA and include the reference requested by our office.

ADRA-SA is registered for Section 18A tax exemption. Eligibility for a Section 18A certificate depends on applicable South African tax rules and the nature of the donation. Request certificates through our office when required.

Once a donation has been processed according to the method you chose, it is generally non-refundable, except where required by law or where ADRA-SA agrees otherwise in writing (for example, a clear payment error).

5. Volunteering and partnerships

Expressions of interest to volunteer or partner do not create a binding agreement until ADRA-SA confirms arrangements in writing. We may decline or postpone opportunities based on programme needs and capacity.

6. Intellectual property

Text, logos, photographs, and other materials on this site are owned by ADRA-SA or used with permission. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reuse them for commercial purposes without prior written consent, except as allowed by law (such as fair dealing for criticism or review with credit).

7. Third-party links

This site may link to external websites. ADRA-SA is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of those sites. Following an external link is at your own risk.

8. Privacy

If you contact us by email, phone, or form, we will use the details you provide to respond to your enquiry and administer related requests (such as donations, volunteering, or partnerships).
